1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GradientCast ("the Service"), operated by GradientCast ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GradientCast provides ML system design interview preparation content, including written guides, follow-up questions, and optional live mock interview sessions. Content is delivered digitally through our website.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access paid content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The Pro subscription plan auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your dashboard. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.

Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice. Price changes do not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on GradientCast — including questions, solutions, guides, and design assets — is owned by GradientCast and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own interview preparation. You may not share your account or redistribute content to others.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute content from the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or payment requirements
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using our content will result in a job offer or successful interview outcome. Our content represents general guidance based on industry experience and should not be considered authoritative for any specific company's interview process.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GradientCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access paid content ends immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
